At Budweiser Brewing Group, we want every experience with beer to be a positive one. 

We are committed to fostering a culture of smart drinking in the UK and globally, through our Global Smart Drinking Goals. 

To help you drink responsibly and make the most of social occasions, we've put together a series of facts and tips.

14 Unit Maximum

Follow Chief Medical Officers’ low risk drinking guidelines and try not to drink more than 14 units per week, which is around seven 175ml glasses of wine or six pints of beer.

Drink Free Days

Try to allocate drink free days during the week to reduce your overall consumption. Let your family and friends know your drink free days so they can support you and perhaps do the same.

Avoid Drinking on Empty

Make sure you have a healthy meal before you start drinking. Snacking while you drink can help to slow down the absorption of alcohol, helping you stay more in control.

Pace Yourself

It's more responsible to alternate any alcoholic drinks with water, an alcohol free beer or with soft drinks. It's better for your health and you'll be able to maintain control for longer.

Try No or Low Alcohol

Why not opt for a refreshing and lighter option and go for a no or low alcohol alternative? We offer a number of lighter options and they're just as tasty and festive. Try one!
